- The NAMIC Next Rolling Series – In 2026, NAMIC Next evolves beyond the traditional annual conference with a three-city Rolling Series that brings our national experience directly to the country’s most influential media hubs (LA, ATL & NYC).
- Career Rise: A virtual cohort program with Instruction and coaching. Participants strengthen early career skills in self awareness, communication, career planning, feedback and leadership.
- LeadForward Leadership Accelerator: A virtual experience that equips middle managers to lead through disruption and build the strategic, communication, decision-making, and AI-ready skills required for senior roles.
- Executive Mastermind: A monthly virtual peer-to-peer forum with an annual in-person gathering, where senior leaders engage in facilitated, confidential problem-solving. Grounded in collective intelligence, it strengthens strategic leadership and provides real-time support for navigating disruption and change.
