In this session, she explains the concept of “cultural scripts” and discusses how these scripts both support and challenge Latinos’ career and leadership development. Drawing on the understanding and identification of cultural scripts among diverse groups, she will discuss strategies to enhance the leadership and career success of individuals as well as the effectiveness of organizations in a diverse world.
