For almost a decade, the NAMIC Annual Awards Breakfast has taken place during the National Cable & Telecommunications Association's Cable Show. The event will now be a part of the NCTA's INTX: The Internet & Television Expo.

2015 Mickey Leland Humanitarian Achievement Award

Established in 1992 in memory of the late Congressman for his lifelong advocacy of social justice and equality for people around the world, the award recognizes individuals and companies representing the media, entertainment and communications industry for their philanthropic achievements.


During this year's breakfast, NAMIC will present the Mickey Leland Humanitarian Achievement Award, its highest honor, to late ESPN anchor, Stuart Scott.
