Diversity Roundtable
NAMIC’s Diversity Roundtable was established in April 2001 as a forum for cable industry practitioners to discuss and share diversity challenges and best practices. The Diversity Roundtable was also envisioned as a resource to provide NAMIC with expert advice and support for NAMIC’s education programs and a broad range of diversity initiatives.

Multicultural Marketing Committee
Launched in 2006, this consortium of the industry’s leading multicultural marketing experts provides guidance on the NAMIC Excellence in Multicultural Marketing Awards (EMMA) and the Multi-ethnic Markets track of the Annual NAMIC Conference. The committee also keeps a finger on the pulse of consumer trends in multicultural markets and reports on these in its quarterly newsletter, Cultural Lens.
