Professional Development Programs

Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

Launched in partnership with UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, this unique and highly competitive program was developed from the perspective of people of color. The NAMIC ELDP was designed to address some of the industry’s most persistent diversity dilemmas: retention of senior managers of color; increasing the diversity of the industry’s executive suites; and managing workforce diversity in a global economy. Since its launch in October 2006, the ELDP had groomed nearly 200 emerging industry leaders from 20 companies. View Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

Executive Coaching

This program extends the benefits of the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) by providing alumni with additional career counseling. Leadership Seminar alumni and NAMIC Platinum level members will also have access to this enhanced professional development opportunity by way of a special Webinar series created by the same coaching team.

Webinars

The NAMIC Webinar Series, Leadership Suite, was created to use technology as a means of bringing to our members the vast knowledge of thought leaders who, through their vision, business acumen and wisdom represent the communications industry brain trust. These interactive learning experiences feature leading-edge industry topics and professional development discussions in an educational, dynamic, fun-filled virtual atmosphere.
