Fall '08 NAMIC Writers' Workshop

NAMIC will select 15 talented writers of color to participate in the Fall ‘08 NAMIC Writers’ Workshop, taking place September 14-15 in conjunction with the 22nd Annual NAMIC Conference. The two-day intensive workshop will be led by Carole Kirschner, veteran television executive and architect of the CBS Diversity Institute Writers Mentoring Program. The curriculum will include professional coverage of submitted material, a day-long writing class, and a self-marketing seminar. In addition, special guest panelists will share insights regarding “Writing for New Media” and “Mastering Hollywood Meetings & Networking.”
